Exchanges & Returns
You have the right to return your product(s) within a period of 15 days counting from the reception of the article. For this you must contact us through our contact form available on our website or by contacting the following telephone number +34 935 39 06 06
Once the return is made and we have received the product we will examine it, in order to accept the return, considering the following:
- Your right to withdraw from the contract will apply only to items returned under the same conditions in which you received them.
- No refund will be made if the product has been used beyond the simple opening. Therefore, items that are not in the same conditions in which they were delivered or that have suffered damage, will not be refunded, so be very careful with the product while in your possession.
- The product must retain its original packaging and labelling.
- The shipment must be made using the same box in which it has been received to protect the product.
The return must be made within 15 calendar days from the day you notify us of the intention to do so, if you do not receive the item during these 15 days you will lose the right of withdrawal and for that reason we will not be able to make the refund.
You should be aware that only you will be responsible for the decrease in value of the goods, resulting from manipulation other than that necessary to verify the characteristics of the article. Once verified, the value of the returned goods will be refunded, bear in mind that the shipping and return costs will not be refunded.
The refund will be made within 14 days of receipt of the returned item, using the same payment method, unless otherwise agreed with you.
Return of defective products
In the event that you receive the product and it does not conform to that stipulated in the contract, you must contact us immediately, either through the contact form found on our website or by calling +34 935 39 06 06, where you must provide the product data, the order number and the defect that it presents, so we will tell you how to proceed to be able to solve the problem in the most efficient way. The deadline for receiving defective claims is 30 calendar days from the notification of shipment of the item.
It is understood that product conformity is as stipulated to the description made by us and possess the qualities that we have presented in the web, are suitable for the uses to which usually the products of the same type are destined and present the quality and usual features of a product of the same type. You will assume the risk and cost of returning products, for that reason if you have any questions please do not hesitate to consult us first.
If the return is made, we proceed to carefully examination of the returned product and we will notify you by e-mail if the refund or replacement of the goods is necessary. The refund or replacement will be made as soon as possible, or within 14 days after we notify you by email that the refund or substitution applies.
If the substitution is possible if we have the stock to supply this, we will take care of the return and shipping costs of the new product that will replace the nonconforming product.
Our products are natural and handpicked, so they can present particular characteristics that are natural of the different materials that are used in the manufacturing process. Such characteristics, such as variation in texture and color, will not be considered as defective, these are characteristics of the natural raw materials that can generate the impression that the product varies, but unlike so, it makes the product A unique piece and these are inevitable variations.
